Our staff will receive enhanced pay rates for any shifts completed via our Care Package division.
To help build rapport and continuity, many of our rotas are completed three-months in advance with regular, consistent placements available.

At Primcura Healthcare, we’re actively recruiting Healthcare Assistants, Support Workers, Team Leaders and Registered Nurses for care package across Kent.
Yes, we require a minimum of 3 months UK healthcare experience including personal care. While experience is essential, we offer ongoing in-house training led by our full-time trainer to help refresh and expand your skills.
Absolutely. We provide comprehensive in-house training including the Care Certificate and other refresher courses, all delivered at our Kent-based office by our qualified in-house trainer.

Our team is here for you 24/7. We have a dedicated recruitment team, bookings coordinators, and out-of-hours support, ensuring you always have help, even on weekends or night shifts.
We’re proud to be the first-choice care provider for many care services across Kent. With local placements, fast onboarding, and a tech-forward approach to shift management.
Once you apply, our team will review your experience and credentials, confirm you're eligible and meet the three-month UK experience criteria. Our team will then schedule your face-to face interview. If you’re successful we will enrol you into our in house training and undertake all compliance checks. A car is not required but having a vehicle will increase your chances of being offered a wider range of care packages. Many of our clients are accessible by public transport, and we offer local placements across Kent.
